Shipping Policy

At Technic Business Solutions (“Technic”), we strive to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently.

Shipping Rates
• Orders under $500: Flat rate shipping fee of $15.00
• Orders $500 or more: Free standard shipping

Shipping rates apply to standard ground shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and carrier service but typically ranges from:
• 3–7 business days for standard ground shipping

Technic is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
• Currently shipping within the United States only (modify if needed)
• Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or specialty equipment



Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through technic.net are final sale.

Technic does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:
• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product is defective upon arrival

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
3. Include your order number

Defective Products

If a product is defective:
